Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing times may be extended during collection launches, holidays, promotional periods, or high-volume seasons.

For custom garments, made-to-measure pieces, or special orders, additional production time may be required. Estimated completion and shipping timelines will be communicated during the consultation or ordering process. Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.


Domestic Shipping

We offer shipping throughout the United States using trusted carrier partners. Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are typically between 2–7 business days depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.


International Shipping

We proudly ship internationally to select locations. International delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and customs processing times.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, package weight, and selected shipping option.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier’s system.

 

Signature Confirmation

For select high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure the safe arrival of your package.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before completing their purchase. Jean-Ralph Thurin is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional carrier fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us immediately at info@jeanralphthurin.com before your order is dispatched.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Jean-Ralph Thurin is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, we will gladly assist you in contacting the carrier and submitting a claim when applicable. We recommend monitoring your tracking information closely and ensuring packages are delivered to a secure location.


Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
